To help ensure your interactions are recorded successfully, configure Do Not Disturb to prevent incoming calls and notifications from interrupting the app.

How to set it up:

  1. Open Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb ?
  2. Tap People.
  3. Remove any contacts from the Allowed list (if applicable).
  4. Set Allow Calls From to Allowed People Only.
  5. Turn Allow Repeated Calls Off.
  6. Open Contacts and make sure Emergency Bypass is turned Off for any contacts whose calls still come through.

Tip: Favourite contacts often have Emergency Bypass enabled by default.

Why this matters

Incoming calls and notifications can pause the ADVANCE®AI app during an interaction, which may prevent the call from being analysed successfully. Configuring Do Not Disturb helps minimise these interruptions and improves the likelihood of successful call processing.
