Recommended iPhone “Do Not Disturb” Setup

To fully prevent interruptions during interaction logging, configure your settings as follows:

Step 1 — Open Focus Settings

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Focus
3. Open Do Not Disturb (moon icon)

Step 2 — Configure Allowed Calls

1. Tap People
2. Remove all people from the Allowed list (if applicable)
3. Change:
   • Allow Calls From → Allowed People Only
4. Turn:
   • Allow Repeated Calls → OFF

Step 3 — Disable Emergency Bypass

Some favourite contacts may still bypass Do Not Disturb settings.

To check:

1. Open Contacts
2. Select the contact
3. Ensure Emergency Bypass is turned OFF
